We aim to deliver a high quality learning and training environment for all of those that take part in the sport of rowing at Borlase.
Borlase Rowing offers a safe and supported environment, the opportunity for children to develop skills in organisation, time management, and teamwork.
We row on the Longridge stretch of the river Thames the same stretch of river used by the GB Rowing Team.
We develop physical fitness, strength, stamina and co-ordination required to compete in the Olympic sport of rowing but which also transfer in to daily life as part of a healthy lifestyle.
There is a strong focus on the social aspects of sport and school with many social events throughout the year and a large social scene for the parents.
We offer excellent support to all our pupils to fulfill their potential and achieve their goals, academically, personally and athletically.
We have been the most successful state school in rowing over the past 12 months and we are looking to build upon that in the coming 12 months and beyond.
If you would like any further information regarding Borlase Rowing please contact the Director of Rowing, Tom Wilkinson by email- email@example.com
The future success of the Boat Club and the further development of rowing at the school relies on the support of Patrons to provide skills, social support and financial support for the benefit of the current and future pupils that will start the Olympic sport of rowing at Borlase.
